We Offer Flat Rate Plans That MEET YOUR BUDGET

We offer two flat rate plans.  Since most IT service is now done remotely, we offer an unlimited remote package with 8 hours onsite per month included.  If you want the traditional everything included, we can do that as well.  So many IT service companies will give you a quote on services and say that it is flat rate.  However, if you look at the fine print, you will pay for installation of new hardware, software upgrades, consulting and planning services.  This is all bundled under the term “Projects”.  Be very careful of the dreaded projects.  They will charge you for anything outside of fixing a broken computer, but still call it “flat rate”.  We will work with you and help you find the price that meets your budget.  That price will include everything except new hardware and software licenses.  Just like a “kitchen sink cookie”, it’s all in there.
