Tim Richter
Co-Founder/President
I’m Tim, and it’s nice to meet you virtually. I have been in the IT industry for 35+ years, starting out as a technician small company in Wisconsin. I moved to the Raleigh-Durham area and worked with companies like Glaxo, Duke, and Lockheed Martin before opening RCOR.
These days, my team and I work with a lot of businesses throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.
I really enjoy building real connections with my clients, and they appreciate the honest, down-to-earth vibe we bring to every conversation.
Brad Carpenter
CIO
Brad was with Intrex Computers for more than 15 years, working his way up to District Manager. working with RCOR since 2018, he brings an expertise in IT and how it relates to businesses.
Bob Horner
System Engineer
Bob has over 5+ years in the technology landscape. Most recently he worked with pharmacies labs setting up computers, networks, and specialized printing equipment.
Jerry Carpenter
System Engineer
Jerry is a former IBM manager. He not only brings a wealth of technical knowledge to RCOR. His management skills fit into a strong ally in directing projects.
Howard Klause
Senior System Engineer
Howard worked for the last 5 years as an IT support analyst working in a corporate environment. He bring a wide knowledge of servers to the team.
Maria James
Sales Specialist
Maria spends all day on the phones working with companies that do not have adequate IT support. She helps them find the path to working with us.
Barbara Pack
Marketing Director
Barbara maintains constant contact with prospective clients, helping them to understand our offings and setup meetings with Tim to explore our services.
